Two Birds Yoga Training and the Siddhi School of Yoga are sister schools that allow you to take courses from either school for credit toward your 300 hour training.

​The Maha Hatha class has been a gradual unfolding meant to touch each aspect of our being giving us tangible goals to satisfy our asana needs as well as soothe the nervous system and enliven the spirit.
The 70 hour Online Course covers :
  • main movements, advanced asanas, and the sequencing skeleton
  • subtle body practices, pranayama practices, kriyas, and mudra kriyas
  • bandha work
  • bihar yoga asana warms ups and its paralleled FRC
  • functional anatomy by Dr. Erin Frank PT
This course will be over zoom and have recordings available for a limited amount of time.
The 30 hour In Person Course covers:
  • additional peak poses
  • additional wall work
  • additional functional conditioning practices
  • teach outs where students teach their own sequence
  • feedback
  • corrections, props, and assists
This course is in person and requires you to travel to Cape Coral, Florida. It will not be available online. It is a fun, intensive week for us to play, learn, grow, and share what we have learned over the past few years to create more diverse, well received yoga classes for our students.

Homework
Between each module, you are required to write a sequence, practice it, and teach it to your study buddy. You will present an essay or video of you speaking.
