Who are we but the stories we tell about ourselves? This intimate study will deepen your understanding of the bountiful and diverse Yogic vision of the universe; from gods and goddesses to heroes and heroines, parables, trials and tribulations of Indian Mythology.

By cultivating an understanding of some of the history and comparisons of yoga philosophy, and of Goddess-based Tantra Yoga, you will develop a personalized practice and learn to relate these descriptions to your own life’s story. This will allow you, in turn, to help your students live into, and re-imagine their own stories.
