The ancient Indian medicine of Ayurveda explains that each of us has a unique mind-body constitution that directs our habits, preferences, personality quirks, and general health. When we learn how to support our constitution, it’s like getting a map through the uncharted wilderness of our own body and mind.
In this interactive workshop you will…

Health and Happiness by Design: Self Healing with Ayurveda
Saturday, March 7, 9am-12pm & 2-5pm
Health and happiness are our birthright - the human body is literally built for equilibrium and ease. Yet our modern culture sets us up to feel dissatisfied, stressed, or outright anxious, and the typical American diet and lifestyle leave most of us fighting off symptoms by mid-life. How can we reclaim our natural state of happiness and physical comfort - or maintain the good health we've got?
The ancient science of Ayurveda offers profound guidance on how to live a healthy, grounded, joyful life - and its time-tested wisdom is more relevant today than ever. We will explore three central pillars of good health according to Ayurveda: Agni, or digestive fire, dinacharya, or the daily routine, and Sattva, or peace. You’ll walk away with greater understanding of your unique needs and concrete self-healing steps you can take immediately to feel better in your skin.
In this day-long workshop, we will explore…
The secrets to good digestion, and why it’s the #1 key to good health
Yoga for the Doshas: Applied Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers
