The pelvic floor is still a taboo topic but in this training we will talk about it, learn its’ anatomy, and most importantly heal the pelvic floor.
If you leak in any way when you sneeze, cough or laugh, have painful intercourse, have experienced sexual trauma or have healing left to do after your birth this course is for you! If you have low back problems, including unstable S.I. joint, this course is for you! If you teach women with these conditions this course is for you!
Through yogic practices such as pranayama, restorative yoga, alignment in asana and mindfulness you will create health and wellness from the deepest part of the self. You will be guided into the studies upone which ancient yoginis and yogis built their practices - including the eight limbs of yoga and the koshas. Creating a stable foundation for your practice is what the pelvic floor is all about.
